Shipping, Returns & Refunds

SHIPPING POLICY

We are happy to offer shipping to Canada and US! 

Luxe Lumber Co. is not responsible for mis-delivered packages, stolen packages or returned packages due to customer error. If an item is returned to us because of incorrect or incomplete address you will be responsible for the cost of the return and the cost to re-ship you the item.  If your order arrives damaged, please email pictures of the damages and photo of the box to luxelumber@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery and we will get you a replacement or offer you a refund for the damages.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Orders (outside Canada) are responsible for any customs, duties, and import taxes that may apply to the order. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Luxe Lumber Co. accepts cancellations within 48 hours of purchase.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICY

Due to the handmade and made to order nature of our doormats + home goods, all sales are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your order arrives incorrect or if you have any problems with your order, we pride ourselves on our product quality and customer satisfaction and we will make it right.
